Vacuum aluminum evaporation refers to directly heating molten aluminum in vacuum, vaporizing molten aluminum into aluminum vapor, and evaporating on the surface of plastic film.
In this process, graphite material is used as evaporation crucible / boat because of its compact structure and high strength.
Product Features:
The graphite crucible for aluminum shall be made of graphite materials with high density and low porosity, and shall have a low coefficient of thermal expansion, so as to ensure good thermal shock resistance and reduce the fragmentation of the graphite crucible under the service conditions of rapid cooling and heating.
