Graphite materials such as graphite blocks produced by SHJ are a new type of graphite material with a range of excellent properties. Vibrationally molded graphite exhibits excellent heat resistance, and its mechanical strength increases with increasing temperature in an inert atmosphere, reaching its highest value at approximately 2,500°C. This material has a finer and denser structure than ordinary graphite, and is more homogeneous. The material is characterized by a finer and denser structure and better homogeneity than ordinary graphite. It has an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent resistance to thermal shock. At the same time, it is isotropic, highly resistant to chemicals, has good thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent machinability.
