Extruded graphite is extruded by loading graphite paste into the paste cylinder of the press, which is installed in front of the press with replaceable extruding ring (to change the cross-section shape and size of the product), with a movable stopper in front of the mouth end, and the main plunger of the press behind the paste cylinder. Before pressurization, a stopper is placed on the nozzle port, and when pressurized, the pressure moves forward and compresses the raw material. When the baffle is removed and the pressurization continues, the raw material is extruded from the mouth port, and the extruded strips can be cut into the required length.
