High-temperature resistant, vibration graphite has a melting point of 3850±50ºC. Even when exposed to extremely high-temperature arc burning, it experiences minimal weight loss and has a low thermal expansion rate. Furthermore, its strength increases as the temperature rises, doubling at 2000ºC.
Graphite exhibits excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, surpassing typical non-metallic materials by 100 times. Its thermal conductivity even exceeds that of metals like steel, iron, and lead. However, at extremely high temperatures, its thermal conductivity decreases, and it can even act as an insulator. This is due to each carbon atom forming only three covalent bonds with other carbon atoms while retaining one free electron for charge transfer.
The lubricating ability of graphite is influenced by the size of its flakes. Larger flakes result in lower friction coefficients and provide better lubrication.
Graphite demonstrates robust chemical stability at room temperature and can resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
The primary applications for vibration graphite materials include:
EDM graphite electrodes.
Sintering molds for glass-ceramic packages.
Heating rods and insulation materials in vacuum furnaces.
Fuel cell plates.
Graphite parts for ion implantation and plasma etching.
Transportation of high-temperature glassware.
Movement of hollow hotware parts.
Manufacture of high-quality glassware.
Transportation of molten glass.
Non-ferrous metal smelting, including precious metals and diamonds.
These materials are also widely used in:
Smelting non-ferrous metals.
Smelting precious metals and diamonds.
Smelting cemented carbide.
Automobile manufacturing.
Machinery manufacturing.
Pressure fixtures and presses.
I hope this provides a clearer and simpler explanation of the product applications.
Our company can supply vibrating graphite materials, vibration molding graphite materials, isostatic graphite materials, die molding graphite materials and extruding graphite materials. The quality is stable and reliable, and the products are sold all over the country and exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions, enjoying a good reputation in the international arena.
Our vibrating graphite materials have good organization and uniformity, low ash content, high mechanical strength, good electrical and thermal stability, and large size, which can be used for processing large-size parts.
Meanwhile, it can be further treated, such as impregnated with resin and antioxidant treatment. Product specifications and dimensions can be processed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
