Synthetic vibration molded graphite is produced from coke and pitch. Vibratory molding graphite manufactured by SHJ is a special type of man-made graphite with grain sizes of 2mm and 0.8mm. This graphite has the unique property of having a very homogeneous and almost isotropic structure, which provides excellent mechanical strength and electrical and thermal properties. In addition, its low ash content and large gauge sizes make it ideal for the machining of oversized workpieces.
In addition to these basic characteristics, vibrationally molded graphite can be subjected to further treatments, such as impregnation with resins and antioxidant treatment. These treatments can further enhance the properties of graphite, allowing it to excel in a variety of applications.

Vibration-molded graphite is essential in the photovoltaic industry, primarily in making polysilicon. It's also valuable for heating and insulation in monocrystalline silicon furnaces due to its impressive heat conductivity and high-temperature resistance. Beyond photovoltaics, this type of graphite finds applications in the foundry, chemical, electronics, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature processes, ceramics, and refractory industries.
SHJ provides a variety of special graphite products (isostatic, extruded, molded, and vibration graphite, carbon-carbon composites, flexible graphite foils, and soft and hard graphite felts), anticorrosive process equipment, as well as naturally expanded graphite products for the automotive, machinery, high-temperature treatment, electronics and semiconductor, glass, energy, and chemical industries, etc. With superb technology and excellent and fast service, SHJ will satisfy the customer's needs at a better price.
1. Question: What are artificial graphite blocks?
Answer: Synthetic graphite in block form can be used in a variety of industrial applications. It is a unique high-temperature material with good electrical conductivity for thermal and electrical applications. The production of graphite requires petroleum coke and usually requires several weeks of processing, which typically involves pressing, baking, and graphitization.
Applications for graphite materials include electric arc furnace electrodes, motor brushes, lubricants, refractory materials, casting molds, friction materials, and electrodes for electric discharge machining (EDM).
2. Question: How can I receive more specific information about my Vibrated graphite-related needs?
