In the carbon industry, the production of various man-made graphite products dominates. Typically, the raw materials for artificial Graphite Materials For Graphite Heating Rods include calcined coke and pitch that are easily graphitized, and are finally made through a series of processes, such as batching, mixing and kneading, molding, roasting, graphitization (high-temperature heat treatment), and mechanical processing. Especially in chemical and other process applications, artificial graphite materials are mainly used.

Graphite blocks and other graphite materials produced by our company have the following characteristics:
High temperature resistance: the melting point of graphite is as high as 3850±50ºC, even after ultra-high temperature arc burning, the weight loss is extremely small, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is tiny. Graphite strength is enhanced with increasing temperature, at 2000ºC, the strength is doubled.
Electrical and thermal conductivity: the electrical conductivity of graphite is one hundred times that of general non-metallic minerals, and the thermal conductivity exceeds that of steel, iron, lead and other metallic materials. Thermal conductivity decreases with increasing temperature, and even at very high temperatures, graphite behaves as an adiabatic body. Its electrical conductivity stems from the fact that each carbon atom forms only 3 covalent bonds with other carbon atoms, and each carbon atom retains 1 free electron for charge conduction.
Lubricity: The lubricity of graphite is related to the size of graphite scales, the larger the scales, the smaller the coefficient of friction and the better the lubricity.
Chemical stability: at room temperature, graphite shows good chemical stability and can resist corrosion by acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
The wide range of applications for Graphite Materials include:
Electronics and semiconductor industries
Heat treatment and high temperature processes
Mechanical manufacturing
Diamond tool sintering dies for the jewelry industry
