Product Characteristics The medium-coarse graphite material produced by Shj has the following unique properties due to its special structure:
(1) High temperature resistance. The graphite has a melting point of 3850±50°C. After undergoing ultra-high-temperature arc burning, the weight loss is minimal, and its coefficient of thermal expansion is also very small. As the temperature rises to 2000°C, the graphite's strength doubles.
(2) Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. Compared to ordinary non-metallic minerals, the electrical conductivity of this type of graphite is more than 100 times higher, and its thermal conductivity even exceeds that of metallic materials such as steel, iron and lead. In addition, as the temperature rises, the thermal conductivity of this type of graphite decreases, and it can even be used as an insulator at very high temperatures. This is because when only three covalent bonds are formed between each carbon atom and other carbon atoms, each carbon atom still retains a free electron to transmit charge.
(3) Excellent lubricating properties. The lubricating effect of the species depends on the size of the scales, the larger the scales, the lower the coefficient of friction, the better the lubricating effect.
(4) Good chemical stability. It shows excellent chemical stability at room temperature and is resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
