 Here are the key characteristics of vibration-molded graphite products:

High-Temperature Resistance: Graphite can withstand extremely high temperatures, with a melting point of approximately 3850±50ºC. Even under intense heat like arc burning, it experiences minimal weight loss. Furthermore, its thermal expansion coefficient is quite small, and its strength increases with rising temperatures, doubling at 2000ºC.

Excellent Electrical and Thermal Conductivity: Graphite boasts exceptional electrical conductivity, far surpassing most non-metallic minerals. It also exhibits superior thermal conductivity when compared to materials like steel, iron, and lead. Interestingly, its thermal conductivity decreases as the temperature rises, making it act like an insulator at very high temperatures. Graphite conducts electricity due to the fact that each carbon atom forms only three covalent bonds with other carbon atoms, leaving a free electron to transfer electric charge.

Effective Lubrication: The lubricity of graphite depends on the size of its scales. Larger graphite scales result in a lower coefficient of friction and better lubrication properties.

Strong Chemical Stability: Graphite demonstrates excellent chemical stability at room temperature and is resistant to the effects of acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
