High Temperature Resistance: Graphite rods have an exceptionally high melting point of approximately 3850°C ± 50°C, and a boiling point as high as 4250°C. When subjected to an ultra-high-temperature arc of 7000°C, graphite rods lose only 0.8% of their weight, demonstrating remarkable high-temperature resistance.

Special Thermal Shock Resistance: Graphite rods exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance, thanks to their small coefficient of thermal expansion. This property enables them to remain stable in the face of rapid temperature changes, preventing cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction.

Thermal Conductivity and Electrical Conductivity: Graphite rods boast outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity. Compared to common materials, they offer significantly higher thermal and electrical conductivity. For instance, their thermal conductivity is four times that of stainless steel, twice that of carbon steel, and a hundred times that of non-metallic materials.

Lubricity: Graphite rods demonstrate lubrication performance akin to molybdenum disulfide, with a friction coefficient of less than 0.1. The lubrication performance varies with the scale size; larger scales result in a smaller friction coefficient, thus improving lubrication performance.

Chemical Stability: At room temperature, graphite rods display excellent chemical stability, resisting corrosion from acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and other substances. They exhibit very high stability.
