Product Description

Extruded Graphite Materials
Product Description

The performance characteristics of Extruded Graphite Materials are as follows:

  • High temperature resistance: graphite materials belong to one of the extremely high temperature resistant materials, with a melting point of up to 3850ºC±50ºC and a boiling point of 4250ºC. Even under the extremely high temperature arc of 7000ºC, the loss of graphite is negligible, only 0.8% of the total weight in 10 seconds, showing outstanding high temperature resistance.
  • Thermal shock resistance: graphite has excellent thermal shock resistance and will not crack when the temperature changes suddenly due to its small coefficient of thermal expansion.
  • Thermal and electrical conductivity: extruded graphite has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, much higher than the general material, its thermal conductivity is four times higher than stainless steel, two times higher than carbon steel, and 100 times higher than metallic aluminum.
  • Lubricity: Graphite has excellent natural lubricity.
